Kicking off the last week of January since 2005, the Arosa Gay Ski Week is seven days of alpine fun in the sun and snow of the Swiss Alps. Its location in Eastern Switzerland is more than worth the trip, as the resort is hands down the most gay-friendly ski resort in the world. The flag flies here all season long, not just for one week in January so if youre a skier looking for the right time to make a jaunt overseas, this might just be the moment. Arosa Gay Ski Week is not only a celebration but also a full-on right of passage for Europes gay skiing community. The fact that youre partying above the tree line with the Weisshorn in the background only adds to the awesomeness. Daily events, aprs ski and social skiing and boarding are on the agenda, and there is plenty of hot action on and off the slopes. Stay on the mountain and enjoy some of the best natural snow conditions in Europe, plus a great group of people to snow with.
