Theme No theme Parade Gathering from 11:00 and departing at 12:00 from the Princess Gardens. Torbay Road, Torquay. Walking down Torbay Road towards Torre Abbey Meadows, please feel free to become involved in helping carry our two huge flags. Festival The main event and stage will come alive, featuring local catering, bars, stallholders, entertainment, and acts with something for everyone.
