THT Fundraising: The Supper Club

Every year 50 of London's top restaurants and caterers come together to support our annual foodie event, The Supper Club. This event, now in its 16th year, has gone from strength to strength and has fantastic industry support, particularly from our Ambassador, Michelin starred chef Angela Hartnett. Angela said: 'I am delighted to be the ambassador for The Supper Club, an amazing and unique charity event which has raised an incredible 1million since in first began in 2001. This event brings together my passion for food and a cause that is very close to my heart Terrence Higgins Trust'. This year The Supper Club will take place on Tuesday 1 November 2016. Its an evening of 50 fabulous dinner parties each hosted by one of our incredible supporters, with a glamorous party following afterwards. Hosts and their guests have a wide range of exquisite culinary delights to choose from, with restaurant industry leaders and institutions on the foodie scene supporting the event. This years restaurants taking part included Caf Murano, Collins Room at The Berkeley, Hakkasan, Scotts, Smith & Wollensky and Ottolenghi. As all of the restaurants have donated the food, the money you pay goes directly to support the work of Terrence Higgins Trust. At the end of their meals guests are whisked off in a fleet of taxis to a fabulous after-party at Caf de Paris where they are treated to fantastic cocktails, the excitement of a silent auction and a performance by a special guest. Previous performers have included Sophie Ellis-Bexter, Sarah Harding and Alphabeat.
