Velvet-Club Connecting Lesbians & Bi-women around the World
This wonderful opportunity, presented to AKT by Kate Green MP, is an evening event within one of the most historic locations in Britain. The Royal Palace of Westminster is one of the oldest buildings in continuous use and a UNESCO world heritage site. We start with a tour of the Houses of Parliament provided by the guides who work there each day. You will get the opportunity to stand at the dispatch box, walk through central lobby and also visit parts rarely seen by the general public, including the Queens Robing Room and the Royal Gallery. Following the tour there will be a champagne reception in the Members' Dining Room. Then at 19:30 guests will be seated. The dining room is one of the finest buildings in the Palace and is noted for the quality of its food and wine. This is an extremely rare opportunity not only to see a Royal Palace and have an exclusive tour but to dine in the Members' Dining Room. The tickets for this event are 200 each and are first come first served. The price includes the tour, the champagne reception and dinner with wine.
