his event is focused on how LGBT networks have achieved success within major organisations. Our panel will highlight strategies that can be applied across all diversity strands within your workplace, why diversity and inclusion are so important, and how this helps you attract and retain the best talent that reflects the diversity of your customers and suppliers. Our panel will be chaired by Barbara Merry, Chair of Inclusion@Lloyds and will include: Peter Havelock, Partner, IBM Insurance division David Stone, Partner, Simmons & Simmons Helen Hodgkinson, Head of Culture & Inclusion, Nationwide Sarah Boddey, Head of Diversity & Inclusion EMEA, AIG This event is aimed at senior executives and people with responsibility for Diversity and Inclusion across the Insurance industry as well as any leaders interested in starting a grass roots network. Please note that Lloyd's has a strict dress code: Shirt, tie, jacket for men and business attire for women.
